PURPOSE:
Places to Age exists because no one should have to leave their home, their community, or their sense of belonging in order to receive the care they need. Yet today, older adults in Chaffee County are often forced to do just that due to a lack of local assisted living and memory care options.
MISSION:
Places to Age is dedicated to creating accessible, high-quality assisted living and memory care solutions that allow older adults in Chaffee County to age with dignity, independence, and a strong sense of community.
