Priority
Placement on the waitlist is established by the order your completed application and deposit are received. Position on the waitlist reserves your spot for future application steps (including formal health and financial screenings). Please note this does not guarantee admission or unit availability.
Fully Refundable Deposit
Your $100 deposit is held in a segregated non-interest bearing account and is 100% refundable at any time upon written request, returned within 30 days. If the project does not proceed, your deposit will be automatically refunded in full.
Preferences
Indicating your desired move-in timeline, preferred layout (Studio, 1-Bedroom, or 2-Bedroom), and level of care (Independent, Assisted, or Memory Care) helps us plan for your needs and does not commit you to a specific unit.
Places to Age complies with the Federal Fair Housing Act and Colorado Fair Housing laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status, or sexual orientation. Information collected on this form is used solely for waitlist administration and will not be shared or sold.
