Layne Kottmeier
Board Treasurer

Layne is a Certified Public Accountant of Kottmeier Valuation & Forensics based in Salida, Colorado. She joined the Places to Age Board as Treasurer in 2026. Layne is a very welcomed addition to the board and will contribute strongly to this project by overseeing all the required financial controls and reporting. When she’s not working on the Places to Age's financials, Layne enjoys hiking the beautiful public lands of the Upper Arkansas Valley. Layne is also the proud owner of two beautiful Flat Coated Retrievers – Annie and Wally.
