Tom Westrup

Board Member

Tom has an BA in biology from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in finance from the University of Wisconsin.  Tom is recently retired from a 40+ year career in banking, insurance, investment management and municipal bond financing.  

 

When Tom was growing up in a rural county in southern Minnesota, his father, a physician, saw the need for and founded the first modern "nursing home" in the county in the early 1960's.  Ultimately Tom's father became a resident in the assisted living wing of that very facility. Tom is hopeful that his professional experience will be useful in Paces to Age coming to fruition.
