To finalize your application, please submit your $100.00 refundable waitlist deposit using your preferred payment method.
Please note that only one application is needed per household/unit, i.e. you and your spouse or partner only need one application and one $100 deposit if you are registering for 1 unit of any size.
Places to Age complies with the Federal Fair Housing Act and Colorado Fair Housing laws.
